A useful appointment summary does not include every entry. It shows your main concern, when the change began, and enough of your baby's usual pattern for the difference to make sense.
Start with your main question
Write down the one or two questions you most want answered. This keeps the visit focused and helps your pediatrician understand which parts of the record matter most.
Show the usual pattern and what changed
Summarize your baby's typical sleep, feeding, and diaper routine, then add the exceptions: a drop in appetite, an unusually long sleep, a medication change, or anything else that stood out.
Use Nerumi to organize your observations
Nerumi can turn everyday tracking into a clearer summary. For vaccinations, diagnoses, and treatment details, continue to rely on your clinician and your baby's official medical record.
