Terms of Service

The service

Nerumi is a personal organization and tracking tool for adult caregivers. It offers care logging, timers, trends, reminders, sharing, reports, milestones and related features. Features may change as the product develops.

Not medical advice

Nerumi does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, official vaccination records or emergency services. Predictions, age guidance and charts are informational estimates. Always use clinical judgment from a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of entries, reviewing timers, keeping official records where required, protecting device and Apple ID access, and obtaining permission before entering information or photos you do not have the right to use. Do not rely on Nerumi as the only copy of critical care information.

Shared care

If you invite another caregiver, they may view and change shared records. Only invite people you trust. Apple controls the underlying CloudKit sharing relationship; you remain responsible for participants and for stopping access when appropriate.

Free and Premium features

Core logging may be available without purchase. Some insights, reports, some widgets or other features require Nerumi Premium. Available plans, local price, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown by the App Store before purchase and take precedence over examples on this website.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A free trial, when offered and eligible, converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Lifetime access is a one-time in-app purchase for the lifetime of the supported product, not a guarantee that every future product or service will be included. Billing, cancellation, refunds and purchase restoration are handled under Apple's rules and your App Store account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content or use Nerumi in a way that harms others. We may limit access where required to protect users, the product or comply with law.

Availability and changes

Nerumi depends on your device, operating system, iCloud, internet connection and Apple services. Sync or notifications may be delayed or unavailable. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and will aim to avoid blocking basic data entry during temporary cloud problems.

Intellectual property

Nerumi, its software, design, illustrations, icons, name and site content are owned by the developer or licensed to him. These terms grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the app under Apple's usage rules; they do not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerumi is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that estimates will fit every baby. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use, loss of access or reliance on app output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for Nerumi or its support. Your App Store agreement and Apple's standard licensed-application terms also apply. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where applicable.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated by the US Government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms for product, legal or security reasons. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance, except where law requires additional consent.
